Construction

• Supervision of engineering, procurement, construction, erection and commissioning activities
• Design review, site supervision and quality assurance/control
• Organization, management and update of the electronic file management system
• Management of claims (if any) for missed deadlines and breaches of contractual obligations
• Interface with the technical adviser of the lenders, if appropriate
• Preparation for the release of the Taking Over Certificates in accordance with the conditions of the EPC Contract
• Management of key stakeholders  (authorities, land owners, third utilities, grid operator, etc)
