Relight secured new technical due diligence and project management mandate
Relight has been appointed by a leading reneawable energy investor to conduct a pre-acquisition technical due diligence on 2 PV portfolios for an aggregate capacity of circa 5 MWp. The 2 portfolios consist respectively of operating roof-top plants in Center and Southern Italy and rooftop PV projects under development in Northern Italy.
Relight will also act as Project Manager in the transaction, coordinating the various parties involved in the due diligence and ensuring the respect of the agreed timeline.
